Sungaurd to join hands with Green Hills Group

It was two-three weeks ago, Vivek Rao, from an event management group called Showbiz called me to understand if GHG could help him to have their client plant saplings / grow trees. Obviously "help" translated to an event and sponsorship - The confirmation to do the event came last week and the event is scheduled to happen on 11th Dec. More than 200 employees and their families will be coming to the venue on the ARAI/MIT Hilltop and planting new saplings and doing the soli work for some of the existent plants.

These are some of the things that we GHG are working on, at the moment to make the event successful -

1. Transportation of saplings to the venue.
2. Briefing to volunteers about the event before and on the day of the event.
3. Making the provisions for the Drums and Water for the saplings
   
4. Identify / Dig the pits / soften the soil of the existing ones.
5. Make the provisions for manure.
6. Get the permissions to have the buses plying through ARAI on the day of the event
7. Manage the communication for event from GHG End.
8. Overall Project Management and tracking execution.
